Becoming a parent can bring emotions you didn’t expect—or feelings you can’t turn off.

Many parents wonder why they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike themselves, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.

I support parents in understanding what’s happening emotionally and environmentally, so they can regain a sense of steadiness, agency, and trust in themselves during a major life transition.

The First Year: A Postpartum Emotional Care Program

A full year of support. Most postpartum care ends long before the emotional work does.

New mothers are often expected to recover, bond, regulate, and function while navigating sleep deprivation, identity shifts, and constant responsibility.

This is the solution to that. This package provides steady, structured emotional care across the entire first year meeting mothers where they are - without rushing healing or waiting form things to fall apart.

    This program offers:

    - emotional safety during a vulnerable transition

    - attachment-focused guidance (without perfection pressure)

    - ongoing check-ins as needs evolve

    - nervous system and sensory regulation support
