Mindfully
caring for those who care for others
Mindful Counseling FL exists to help caregivers, therapists, and individuals who are grieving, needing support, and seeking peace and comfort.
From Therapist to Therapist
I have been a therapist for 25+ years in multiple environments and occupational settings. After facing numerous personal and professional struggles, hardships, and life challenges, I experienced burnout.
Life events pushed me to grow and pivot in ways I wasn’t prepared for. Out of those experiences, I revised, transitioned, and pivoted my career to focus on helping other caregivers, therapists, and individuals who are battling grief, loss, emotional conflicts, harmful behavior patterns, and trauma. I founded Mindful Counseling FL as a modern mental health approach combining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and mental health for great outcomes.
